Explaining exactly what a company does can sometimes be tricky — especially when you’re writing about investments and retirement planning. Let’s be honest, most of us don’t understand all the jargon used in the investment world. I was tasked with writing four pages that detailed different parts this retirement planning company provided. When people wanted to know more about their company, they were given very little information, which eliminated a connection factor and deterred them from wanting to know more. This company had recently developed a new app and wanted to create a campaign around the new launch. They needed a landing page to quickly describe the features and benefits of the new app. I highlighted the ease and convenience of the app while drawing awareness to the importance of retirement planning and stewarding money.
